SERVICES

Soul Sessions:

Anam Cara is the Gaelic term for Soul Friend, and refers to a person on whom we can rely, a hand to hold through the many cycles and seasons of life. In this session, I will listen and hold space as you share what is most alive for you in your world and experience. Within our sacred container, I will offer companionship as well as specific teachings, tools, and practices that will assist you on your journey. The session will conclude with a unique combination of Reiki, Sound & Crystal Healing in order to support your highest integration.

Chakra Balancing Sessions:

Chakras, translated from Sanskrit as “wheels of Light,” are living portals between Heaven and Earth. They are the interface between our physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual bodies. In this session, we will clear and balance your Chakra Centers using several modalities including Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy, Sound Healing, Crystal Therapy, and Marma Chikitsa (Ayurvedic Acupressure). Some effects you may experience after a session include feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to Self and Source.

Flower Essences are energetic extracts curated from flowers in order to create harmony within Body, Mind, and Soul. After a one-on-one consultation with me (in person or via zoom/phone), you will receive a blend created specifically for you!
