Reiki has been one of the most transformative modalities I have been initiated into. I have always been a sensitive Soul, tuning into liminal spaces and subtle energies from a very young age. That being said, I was not surrounded by elders who could support my Gifts and eventually I learned to shut them down, as they were overwhelming and difficult for me to manage. When I was Attuned to Reiki 1, everything changed. My Gifts came back online and I had two skilled teachers who Guided me and supported me as I learned how to work with them in skilled and grounded ways. I have been teaching Reiki for over 11 years now and it is one of my favorite lineages to share! I hold my role as a Guide and Teacher very close to my Heart and am blessed to support my students in any ways I can.
Choosing to learn Reiki is a Calling and an Initiation. The energy is passed down through a Sacred Ceremony called and Attunement, which activates your Chakras in specific ways and awakens your unique Gifts. Some examples of the benefits of a Reiki Attunement include:

PS: I split Master and Master Teacher levels into two separate trainings for several reasons. Firstly, becoming a Master is a journey into Self. It asks us to embody our intuition and align with our truths. Once we feel grounded in this energy, we may be Guided to share it with others, it is then that we may choose to teach Reiki and pass the lineage on to others. A second reason is that, not everyone is called to teach, and that is ok! You can become a Reiki Master and embody that energy without teaching. Lastly, I find that having two separate classes gives new Masters the time to integrate and embody the medicine of the Master Symbol before stepping into their role as teachers. It also allows me to provide a specific space, offering specific tools and techniques to those who want to teach.
